This week’s fun fold is this cute jacket card. Design it to suit your fashion style or create it for a special occasion – a perfect card for a birthday, mother’s or father’s day or for a wedding. I decided to make a Christmas themed jacket. For those that are back in the office a few days of the week, this would make the perfect attire during December.
This particular jacket has embossed lapels plus a Christmas brooch.
I remember growing up to see my mom and Nanny wearing these ornamental brooches pinned to their coats. While shopping in downtown Montreal, they would pick these up from The Bay, Eaton’s, or Ogilvy’s department stores. Over the years they were replaced with metal pins.
The inside of the card has a simple triangular piece of Whisper White for the greeting.
