I am always on the hunt for projects that use our designer series papers and this is a perfect one. I love how it shows off both sides of the paper. Using 12″ x 12″ paper, you can make two cards from one sheet. If you reverse the paper for the second card you will get two different looks.

The paper in this case is one you can earn for free with a $60 order during Sale-A-Bration. It’s called Peaceful Prints.

I created a window to show the snowman on the inside panel and framed it with a Cherry Cobbler scalloped circle. Open the card and the entire body of the snowman is revealed.

Open again, and you have the inside of the card with a greeting and a place to write your sentiments. And it’s here that you see the other side of the paper.

The stamp set I chose for this card is called Snow Wonder with coordinating dies called Snow Time. This set was released in last year’s holiday mini catalogue which is when I purchased it. I was pleasantly surprised to see it back in this year’s mini catalogue.
So let’s get started and show you how to make this card in my video tutorial below. But first here are the cutting and scoring measurements in case you want to create a card while you watch.
Cutting & Scoring Measurements
- DSP, 5-1/2″ x 11, scored at 4″ and 8″ on the long side
- Basic White, 4″ x 5-1/4″ and 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″
