Watercolour Balloon Background

Hello and welcome once again to my blog. I got the inspiration to make this card from France Martin. She did a balloon background with a simple embossed greeting over top. You can see her video here.

I started with one card and loved it so much I just had to keep going with other colours. So these are the three cards I made complete with ribbon, dimensional balloons, Wink of Stella and I used the enamel embellishments as well. The stamp set is Balloon Celebration and the greeting banners are from the Cards & Labels framelits.
