Snowflake Wishes 3D Fun Fold

I really enjoyed making this fun fold as it allows for many design options – layer it up with cardstock and patterned paper or you can use embossing folders to add dimension. Although a three dimensional card (it stands up beautifully) it does fit inside an A2-sized envelope.

After selecting the blue trees pattern from the Beauty of the Earth designer series pack, I chose to use the Snowflake Wishes stamp set and coordinating So Many Snowflakes dies. I thought the blue trees would serve as an excellent background for the snowflakes. Plus, I thought it time to crack open this set and start creating with it. I love that it has a wonderful selection of seasonal greetings.

Cutting & Scoring Measurements

• Bottom Box: Misty Moonlight cardstock 9-3/8″ x 4-1/2″, score at 3/8″, 1-3/8″, 2-7/8″, 3-7/8″
• Top Box: Misty Moonlight cardstock 5-1/8″ x 3-1/2″, score at 3/8″ and 1-3/8″
• Layers:
  • Basic White cardstock 4-1/4″ x 5-1/4″ and 4-1/4″ x 1-1/4″, both embossed; 4-1/4″ x 5-1/4″
  • DSP, 3-1/4″ x 3-1/2″ and 3-1/4″ x 3/4″
