Welcome to this month’s blog hop. To change things up a little we created a 3-d project rather than a card. I am loving the Daisy Lane stamp set and created this little treat box that will fit about four Ghirardelli squares. It has a belly band that slides on to keep the box closed. And because of the belly band, this box can easily be used again. After creating it, I decided to create a card to match.
The Daisy Lane stamp set has a coordinating punch and is sold as a bundle (item #151118) to save you 10%. What I love about this stamp set is that it coordinates with another stamp set that was carried over for another year – the Daisy Delight stamp set (item #143669). You can get a coordinating daisy punch for this stamp set as well. Having both sets, with both punches, a large and a small, gives you loads of design possibilities.
Take a closer look at the daisies. Notice the layering. You can build daisies using the large or the small daisy punch or combine the two for more interest. You can stamp the daisies with different coloured inks on Whisper White cardstock or on matching coloured cardstock and punch out.
