Today’s card features our designer series paper called Ornate Garden. So many beautiful designs, it’s difficult to choose the one for the project.
The stamp set is Daisy Lane with the matching punches; I used the smaller of the two for this project.
The concertina fold allows for a very interesting opening and it stands up nicely. A beautiful card to display on a mantel.
And just a note ahead of time – there will be a piece you want to reserve for another card – don’t throw it away. I’ll explain in the video.
Cutting & Scoring Measurements
Card Stock:
Old Olive
5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″
2-1/2″ x 3-1/2″
Whisper White
2-3/8″ x 3-3/8″
DSP:
5-1/4″ x 12″
Score the DSP along the long side at 4″ and 8″
The video will explain how to cut the DSP on a diagonal and this is where you will want to save the extra piece. So, what would you do with that extra strip of DSP? Make a card of course.
